By accepting delivery of your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Never place a loaded handgun in a holster without first testing, in an unloaded condition (double-check to make sure the chamber is empty), for proper fit with the handgun verifying that nothing has changed in the fit of your holster. Unless specifically noted, StingHolsters are custom designed to fit specifically equipped handguns. Any further alteration of the firearm may cause improper holster fit and negligent discharge may ensue. All StingHolsters holsters are designed and made for the specific gun it is molded to with any specific accessories mounted at the time. StingHolsters holsters made for handguns with lights mounted must be used with that light mounted on the gun to ensure proper retention. StingHolster IWB holsters with the comfort claw are only intended to be used with properly fitting carry belts of adequate width and using the holster in any other way may cause improper retention. Do not alter your holster in any way, including accommodating a change made to your handgun. This could result in an unsafe fit for your handgun and possible negligent discharge.

It is the user’s responsibility to personally check for holster handgun compatibility using actual products. It is also the user’s responsibility to regularly check the holster and its hardware for proper fit and function. Should your holster become worn, loose, defective, or ill-fitting at any time, cease use immediately and contact StingHolsters for warranty coverage instructions.

Great care should be used when handling, storing or transporting firearms or when inserting or removing a handgun from your StingHolsters holster. We strongly recommend a regular dry practice routine inserting and removing from your holster with an unloaded firearm.

Warranty

Our warranty is simple. If you are not happy with your StingHolsters product for any reason in the first two weeks, return it for a refund, minus the initial shipping cost and a 10% restock fee. If your product product breaks during normal use (and if you’re truly honest about normal use), then product will replace it at no charge. Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.

Returns

If you do need to return one of our products, please contact us via email at sales@stingerholsters.com and we will do our best to ensure that your needs are taken care of. If within the first 14 days of receiving your StingHolsters product you decide it doesn’t work for you or you just don’t like it, you can return it for a refund minus the initial shipping costs and a 10% restock fee. It is also the customer’s responsibility to cover shipping the holster back to us. Refunds are subject to verification of the holster being in same condition. Angular/Flat Muzzle Pads and Neoprene Mag Pads are not returnable. Orders cancelled within 5 business days of shipping (as per our lead times) may be subject to a 10% restock fee.
